4. Valid for 12 months from the date of receiving.
5. Cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged
6. If misplaced, Five Season Optical, MyList, and Riyad Bank cannot block/cancel the card and will not be responsible for any transactions on lost/stolen card.
7. Redemption of this gift card is not permissible for consultations/transactions made using your health insurance card.
8. Return, exchange & refund policies are subject to Five Season Optical T&Cs.
9. The redemption of the gift card cannot be combined with other available offers/discounts at Five Season Optical stores.
