2. Valid for 12 months from the date of issuance
3. Cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged
4. If misplaced Alshaya Watches and MyList cannot block/cancel the card, and will not be responsible for any transactions on lost/stolen card

3. لا يمكن إعادتها أو ردها ولا يمكن استبدالها في حالة فقدانها أو سرقتها أو تلفها.
4. في حال فقدان أو سرقة البطاقة، فإن الشايع للساعات ومايليست لا يمكنهما حظر/ إلغاء البطاقة، مع إخلاء المسؤولية عن أي معاملة تتم على البطاقة المفقودة/ المسروقة.
5. رمز القسيمة يتم تطبيقه على مستوى الأمر.
6. الرمز قابل للتطبيق على المنتجات المخفضة.
7. لا يمكن استخدام أي رموز خصم أخرى مع هذا الرمز.
8. إذا لم تعد العلامة التجارية أو بائع التجزئة المذكورين في بطاقة الهدايا يعملان لأي سبب أو لم يكن في شراكة مع مايليست أو أي شركة تابعة لها، تحتفظ مايليست بالحق في استبدال البطاقة ببطاقة هدايا مايليست أو أي بطاقة هدايا أخرى ذات قيمة معادلة. ولا يسمح باسترداد النقود أو النقاط.
