Redeem instructions: To use your e-Gift Card, simply visit any Abdul Ghani Jewelry Stores within KSA, bring along a printed
copy or show this email to the cashier.
1. Only redeemable at any Abdul Ghani Jewelry Stores across KSA
2. Valid for 12 months from date of issuance
3. Cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged
4. If misplaced Abdul Ghani Jewelry and MYLIST cannot block/cancel the card, and will not be
responsible for any transactions on lost/stolen card
5. MYLIST reserves the right to cancel if we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either provide
a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift card. The gift card remains MYLIST property
6. Should the brand or retailer mentioned on the gift card is not operating any more for any reason or is not in partnership with MYLIST or any company affiliated with MYLIST, MYLIST reserves the right to
exchange the card against a MYLIST gift card or any other gift card for an equivalent value. No cash or
points refund is allowed
7. MYLIST reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of the MYLIST gift cards
at any me. This does not affect your legal rights.

لاستخدام بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية الخاصة بك، ما عليك سوى زيارة أي من متاجر عبد الغني للمجوهرات داخل المملكة العربية السعودية، واحضار نسخة مطبوعة أو اعرض هذا البريد الإلكتروني للمحاسب.
1. يمكن استبدالها فقط لدى أي من متاجر عبد الغني للمجوهرات في جميع أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية.
2. صالحة لمدة 12 شهراً من تاريخ الإصدار.
3. لا يمكن إعادتها أو ردها ولا يمكن استبدالها في حالة فقدانها أو سرقتها أو تلفها.
4. في حال فقدان أو سرقة البطاقة، لا يمكن لمتجر عبد الغني للمجوهرات وماي ليست من حظرها/ إلغائها، مع إخلاء المسؤولية عن أي معاملة تتم على البطاقة المفقودة / المسروقة.
5. تحتفظ ماي ليست بالحق في الإلغاء إذا رأينا أن هذا الإجراء ضروري. إذا كان الأمر كذلك، فيمكننا تقديم أي منهما
بطاقة هدية بديلة بقيمة معادلة ما لم نشك في حدوث احتيال فيما يتعلق ببطاقة الهدايا. تبقى بطاقة الهدايا ملكية ماي ليست
6. إذا لم تعد العلامة التجارية أو بائع التجزئة المذكورين في بطاقة الهدايا يعملان لأي سبب أو لم يكن في حالة شراكة مع ماي ليست أو أي شركة تابعة لماي ليست، تحتفظ ماي ليست بالحق في استبدل البطاقة ببطاقة هدايا ماي ليست أو أي بطاقة هدايا أخرى بقيمة معادلة. أو يسمح باسترداد النقاط وليس نقداً.
7. تحتفظ ماي ليست بالحق في تحديث وتغيير شروط وأحكام بطاقات هدايا ماي ليست في أي وقت. وهذا لا يؤثر على حقوقك القانونية.
8. يُعد استلام واستخدام بطاقة الهدايا هذه موافقة على الشروط والأحكام الخاصة بنا، وبالتالي نوصيك بقراءتها بعناية.
