Redeem instructions: Only 1 (one) Gift Card can be used per purchase.
Leftover balance CANNOT be used for future purchases. (single use)
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cannot be refunded if lost or stolen.
Cannot be combined with other promotions.
It can be used to purchase services/external tourist packages from the Happy Tour portfolio excluding individual plane tickets and stays
in Romania.
If the value of the purchased services is lower than the value of the Gift Card, the related difference is not returned to the owner.
In case of cancellation of reservations made on the basis of Gift Cards, the cancellation conditions communicated at the time of confirmation of the reservation will apply.
The reservation of tourist services must be made up to 1 month before the expiry of the Gift Card, and the trip must start before its expiry date.

REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS

Place the order online using the "Reserve" button on the website or write to vacante@happytour.ro
A consultant will contact you as soon as possible to determine the details: amount, Gift Card customization, etc.
The Gift Card will be issued after receipt of the invoice issued by the agency and is sent to you in electronic format.
In order to be able to use the Gift Card , the owner has the obligation to prove that he owns this Gift Card by sending it to the agency's e-mail.
To use this Gift Card, please contact Happy Tour by email at vacante@happytour.ro or by phone at 021 9692 Doar 1 (un singur) Card Cadou poate fi folosit pe achiziție.
Soldul rămas NU poate fi folosit pentru achiziții viitoare (folosire unică).
Nu poate fi schimbat în bani.
Nu poate fi rambursat în caz de pierdere sau furt.
Nu poate fi combinat cu alte promoții.
Poate fi folosit pentru achiziționarea serviciilor/pachetelor turistice externe din portofoliul Happy Tour, cu excepția biletelor de avion individuale și a șederilor în România.
Dacă valoarea serviciilor achiziționate este mai mică decât valoarea Cardului Cadou, diferența corespunzătoare nu este returnată proprietarului.
În caz de anulare a rezervărilor făcute pe baza Cardurilor Cadou, se vor aplica condițiile de anulare comunicate la momentul confirmării rezervării.
Rezervarea serviciilor turistice trebuie făcută cu până la 1 lună înainte de expirarea Cardului Cadou, iar călătoria trebuie să înceapă înainte de data de expirare a acestuia.

CUM SĂ FOLOSIȚI CARDUL DE CADOU

Plasați comanda online folosind butonul "Rezervă" de pe site-ul web sau scrieți la vacante@happytour.ro
Un consultant vă va contacta cât mai curând posibil pentru a stabili detaliile: sumă, personalizare card cadou, etc.
Cardul cadou va fi emis după primirea facturii emise de agenție și vă va fi trimis în format electronic.
Pentru a putea folosi cardul cadou, proprietarul are obligația de a dovedi că deține acest card cadou trimitându-l pe e-mailul agenției. Pentru a folosi acest card cadou, vă rugăm să contactați Happy Tour prin e-mail la vacante@happytour.ro sau telefonic la 021 9692.
