This eGift Card is redeemable across FireGrill restaurant locations in Saudi Arabia and on the Sufra website https://order.sufra.sa and Sufra mobile application.

The eGift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

How to Use Your eGift Card
In-Store Redemption:
Visit any participating Alfaco restaurant.
Place your order.
Present the eGift Card code to the cashier for redemption.
To redeem online, visit the Sufra website https://order.sufra.sa or open the Sufra app.
Log in or create a Sufra account.
Select Delivery and choose your preferred restaurant brand and items.
Proceed to checkout.
Enter the eGift Card code under “Use Gift Card or Promo Code” and click Apply.
Complete your order and enjoy.
eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
