Redeem instructions: Only one Gift Card can be used per one order online.
Multiple Gift Cards can be used per one order in the physical stores.
In case the value of a purchase/order is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining funds can be used for future purchases/orders - multiuse code.
To redeem the Gift Card in the DUKA physical stores, give the Gift Card code to the seller before making the payment.
If the value of the order exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the customer can pay the difference to complete the order.
The current value of the Gift Card remaining after the transaction may be used by the User during the period of validity of the Gift Card.
The Gift Card cannot be returned or exchanged for its cash equivalent.
You can redeem the Gift Card at both the DUKA physical stores in Bulgaria and the www.duka.bg website.

REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS
ONLINE

Add the desired products to the cart and proceed to the checkout page.
Enter the requested information and in the "Gift Voucher" field, enter the Gift Card code.
Press Enter and the Gift Card amount will be deducted from your account.

IN THE PHYSICAL STORE

If you wish to use the Gift Card in a physical store, please provide the code to the cashier. Онлайн, само 1 (един) ваучер може да се използва за една онлайн покупка.
Във физически магазин, няколко ваучера могат да се ползват за една покупка.
В случай, че стойността на покупката е по-малка от стойността на ваучера, останалите средства могат да се използват за бъдещи покупки - код за многократна употреба.
Ако стойността на поръчката надвишава стойността на ваучера, клиентът може да доплати разликата за изпълнение на поръчката.
Текущата стойност на ваучера, оставаща след транзакцията, може да се използва през периода на валидност на ваучера.
Ваучерът не подлежи на връщане или замяна срещу паричната му равностойност.

Въведете изисканата информация и в поле „Ваучер за подарък“ въведете кода на ваучера.
Натиснете Enter и сумата на ваучера ще бъде приспадната от Вашата сметка.
