Redeem instructions: The Gift Card can be used in The Body Shop physical stores in Bulgaria, as well as at www.thebodyshop.bg, with the exception of the physical store in Ruse.
You can redeem the Gift Card both in physical stores The Body Shop in Bulgaria and on the website www.thebodyshop.bg
Only one Gift Card can be used for one online order.
Multiple Gift Card can be used for one order in physical stores.
In case the purchase/order value is less than the Gift Card value, the remaining funds can be used for future purchases/orders - multiuse code.
To redeem the Gift Card in physical The Body Shop stores, give the voucher code to the seller before making the payment.
If the value of the order exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the customer can pay the difference to fulfill the order.
The current value of the Gift Card remaining after the transaction can be used by the User during the validity period of the Gift Card.
The Gift Card is not subject to return or exchange for its cash equivalent.

HOW TO USE
1.Add the desired products to the cart and proceed to the checkout page


Enter the requested information and in the "Gift Voucher" field, enter the Gift Card code


Press Enter and the Gift Card amount will be deducted from your account


If you wish to use the Gift Card in a physical store, please provide the code to the cashier. Ваучерът може да се използва във физическите магазини The Body Shop в България, както и на www.thebodyshop.bg, с изключение на физическия магазин в гр. Русе.
Можете да осребрите ваучера както във физическите магазини The Body Shop в България, така и в сайта www.thebodyshop.bg.
Само един ваучер може да се използва за една онлайн поръчка.
Могат да се използват няколко ваучера за една поръчка във физическите магазини.
В случай, че стойността на покупка/поръчка е по-малка от стойността на ваучера, останалите средства могат да се използват за бъдещи покупки/поръчки - multiuse code.
За да осребрите ваучера във физическите магазини на The Body Shop, дайте кода на ваучера на продавача, преди да извършите плащането.
Ако стойността на поръчката надвишава стойността на ваучера, клиентът може да доплати разликата за изпълнение на поръчката.
Текущата стойност на ваучера, оставаща след транзакцията, може да се използва от Потребителя през периода на валидност на ваучера.
Ваучерът не подлежи на връщане или замяна срещу паричната му равностойност.
