Redeem instructions: Balance Check needed before redemption

Steps for redemption:

1. Cashier logins into SPOS and clicks on the ‘Redeem’ tab

2. Cashier enters the 16-digit card number and clicks the‘ Check Balance’ button, which will trigger an OTP to the customer’s registered mobile number

3. Cashier fills in the amount, bill number, invoice details, and clicks on ‘Redeem’ button

4. When Card PIN is prompted, the cashier requests OTP from the customer and enters it in place of card PIN.

5. Redemption is successful and a notification message is sent to the customer’s mobile.

Note that since it is a multi-redeemable gift card, OTP is used to avoid misuse.
