Redeem instructions: When you sign up for a Neon plan, you agree to these Terms below.

Gift vouchers must be redeemed by the expiry date provided with the voucher.
To subscribe to Neon you need to be located in New Zealand and be 18 years of age or older.
Once your gift voucher period ends, your plan will automatically renew on a monthly Standard or Annual Plan basis and you will be charged the full monthly Standard Plan or Annual Plan price until your plan is cancelled by you.
You may cancel your plan at any time by cancelling on the Neon website. If you cancel your plan during the voucher period, your plan will end once the voucher period has expired. You will continue to have access to Neon content and will be charged at the voucher rate until the end of the voucher period.

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded or re-sold. No refunds for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers.
