Redeem instructions: To use your card, simply go to any LUSH within Bahrain and bring along a printed copy or show this email on your screen to the cashier.
1. Only redeemable at any LUSH in Bahrain
2. Valid for 12 months from date of issuance.
3. Cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged
4. If misplaced LUSH and MYLIST cannot block/cancel the card, and will not be responsible for any transactions on lost/stolen card
5. MYLIST reserves the right to cancel if we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either provide a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift card. The gift card remains MYLIST property
6. Should the brand or retailer mentioned on the gift card is not operating any more for any reason or is not in partnership with MYLIST or any company affiliated with MYLIST, MYLIST reserves the right to exchange the card against a MYLIST gift card or any other gift card for an equivalent value. No cash or points refund is allowed
7. MYLIST reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions the MYLIST gift cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights.

5. تحتفظ مايليست بالحق في الإلغاء إذا رأينا أن هذا الإجراء ضروري. وإذا كان الأمر كذلك، فيجوز لنا تقديم بطاقة هدايا بديلة بقيمة معادلة ما لم نشك في حدوث احتيال فيما يتعلق ببطاقة الهدايا. وتظل بطاقة الهدايا ملكية مايليست
6. إذا لم تعد العلامة التجارية أو بائع التجزئة المذكورين في بطاقة الهدايا يعملان لأي سبب أو لم يكن في شراكة مع مايليست أو أي شركة تابعة لـ مايليست، تحتفظ مايليست بالحق في استبدال البطاقة مقابل بطاقة هدايا مايليست أو أي بطاقة أخرى ببطاقة هدايا ذات قيمة معادلة. ولا يسمح باسترداد النقود أو النقاط.
