Redeem instructions: Please treat Gift Cards and eGift Cards as cash. Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Once activated, they may be redeemed for purchases online at the KOO site in the country of purchase. They cannot be redeemed for cash.

The funds will be verified on request, at the time of purchase, or by completing a balance enquiry.

No change is given, and any balance that remains on the card can only be used in part against future purchases at KOO sites. Gift Cards are valid for three years from the date of issue. Any balance that remains on the Gift or eGift Card after expiry will not be available for use.
