1. 登入帳戶
2. 於網頁版按「帳戶資料」或於手機版按「帳戶/設定」
3. 按「購物禮券」
4. 按「換領購物禮券」
5. 輸入代碼，並按「確認換領」
6. 完成換領程序
7. 系統會於15分鐘內發送訊息到用家帳戶和電郵到登記電郵
8. 其後即可於「購物禮券」頁面上查看禮券

如何使用HKTVmall 購物禮券
1. 將心儀的貨品加入「購物車」
2. 於購物車中按「使用HKTVmall購物禮券」揀選您該訂單使用的數量，並可於「商品總額」中查看扣減金額是否正確"


How to redeem HKTVmall e-voucher
1. Login to your account
2. Click ‘Account Profile’ on the website or ‘Account’ on the app
3. Click ‘e-Gift Vouchers’
4. Press ‘Redeem e-Gift Voucher‘
5. Enter your redemption code, and click "Redeem Now"
6. Redemption Completed
7. The system will send a message to the user account and email to the registration email within 15 minutes.
8. You can then view the Vouchers on the “e-Gift Voucher” page.

How to use HKTVmall e-voucher
1. Insert products into ’shopping cart’
2. Click “Apply HKTVmall e-Gift Vouchers“ in the shopping cart. And select the quantity you use for this order, and check whether the deduction amount is correct in "Total Payment".
