Enerwu Gift Cards are prepaid digital vouchers issued by Enerwu S.r.l. They are non-reloadable, non-convertible into cash, and can only be used on the Enerwu platform. They are valid for 12 months from the date of issue; any credit not used by the expiry date is non-refundable. Gift Cards can only be used to pay for electricity, gas, and water utilities and for purchases in the shop.

BENEFITS FOR THE USER
Users who top up their wallet with gift cards will receive a €25 electricity bonus, a €25 gas bonus (if they switch to one of the offers available), and 3% cashback on their first purchase from the Enerwu shop (technology products). The 3% cashback cannot exceed a maximum of €50.
Any bonuses, cashback, or promotions can only be used once a year, cannot be combined with other initiatives, and are subject to the correct completion of the required operations (e.g., switching supply).

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR ENERWU VOUCHER
1 - Log in or register in the Enerwu reserved area. (https://app.enerwu.it/register) . If you are not registered, create your account by entering your email address, password, and the required information. If you are already registered, log in.
2- Go to the “Wallet” section of your profile and select “Redeem Voucher.”
3- Enter the Enerwu Gift Card code in your possession and confirm.
4- The credit will be automatically loaded into your Enerwu Wallet as usable credit.
5- Confirm the transaction: the amount will be credited to your Enerwu wallet net of the 8.54% commission.
6- You will receive confirmation via email and you can monitor the status of the payment from your reserved area.
7- The credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Credit not used by the expiry date is non-refundable.

The Enerwu Gift Card has a service charge of 8.54% deducted at the time of redemption and is included in the value of the voucher (e.g., a €100 voucher consists of a wallet top-up of €91.46 + €8.54 service charge).
