Redeem instructions: • This is an Apollo Pharmacy Gift Voucher/Gift Card (GV/GC) that can be redeemed at both online and offline Apollo Pharmacy stores, including:
• Offline: Select Apollo Pharmacy outlets (Apollo-affiliated stores).
• Online: Apollo 24|7 platform via the mobile app.
• The person holding the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
• The GV/GC cannot be combined with other offers, promotional codes, or corporate credits.
• The GV/GC is valid for multiple uses. The same GV/GC code and PIN can be redeemed multiple times until the GV/GC value is fully utilised or the GV/GC expires, whichever is earlier.
• Only one GV/GC can be used per bill.
• If the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of the GV/GC, the differential amount shall be paid by the customer through any other available payment mode.
• Share the billing code "10159", under the name "Apollo Voucher", with the pharmacy staff at the time of redemption.
• The GV/GC is not eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD), cashback, or Apollo Health Credits.
• The GV/GC does not apply to lab tests, consultations, FMCG products, or insurance plans.
• The GV/GC is non-refundable, non-transferable, may not be exchanged or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
• The GV/GC cannot be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any circumstances.
• Apollo Pharmacy is not responsible if the GV/GC is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
• If the GV/GC gets blocked due to a technical issue, it will be reactivated within 72 hours.
• Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/GC was received, and the company's decision shall be final.
• Apollo Pharmacy reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
