Redeem instructions: Multiple Gift Cards can be used for one single order until a maximum amount of 200,00 EUR is reached.
The maximum value of Gift Cards that can be used per calendar month is limited to 5,000 EUR. The maximum value of Gift Cards that can be connected to your customer account per calendar month is limited to 5,000 EUR.

Cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
If you cancel your order or return your items that were ordered with your Gift Card credit, the value will be transferred back to your Zalando account as credit.
The Zalando Gift Cards are not e-money but an unregulated value credit. This means that neither the statutory protection for e-money applies and there is no right to redeem for cash.

REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS

Log into your account at zalando.lt or in the Zalando app.
Enter your Gift Card code in the 'My Vouchers' section. The amount will be instantly credited to your account.
Alternatively, you can enter the Gift Card code directly at the checkout stage in the voucher code field. Vairākas dāvanu kartes var izmantot vienam pasūtījumam, līdz tiek sasniegta maksimālā summa 200,00 EUR.
