Redeem instructionsTerms and conditions
Redeem instructions: 1. Shukran E- Gift Card is Valid for 365 day from the date of issue.
2. Shukran E- Gift Card is redeemable across participating Landmark Retail Brand Physical stores i.e. Centrepoint, Babyshop, Splash, Shoemart, Lifestyle, Max, Home Centre, Shoexpress across Oman.
3. Shukran E- Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash either in full or part.
4. Shukran E- Gift Card is part redeemable. Hence same Card can be used in multiple shopping trips across all participating Landmark Retail Brand Stores across Oman.
5. Should the purchase value exceed the value of the Gift Card, the differential value should be paid by the customer who redeems the Gift Card.
6. No replacement / compensation are permissible /payable for lost E- Gift Card.
7. Mutilated or defaced E- Gift Card will not be honored.
8. E- Gift Card issued cannot be returned or refund.
9. Items purchased by the E- Gift Card are refundable, as per the refund and exchange policy of the store.
10. Shukran E- Gift Card is governed by the Shukran Gift Card T & C in force from time to time.

2. يمكن استبدال بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية "شكراً" عبر متاجر لاندمارك سنترال ماركت التجارية الفعلية والمتاجر الإلكترونية، مثل: Centrepoint, Babyshop, Splash,Centrepoint, Babyshop, Splash, Shoemart, Lifestyle, Max, Home Centre, Shoexpress في جميع أنحاء عُمان.
3. لا يمكن استبدال بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية "شكراً" نقداً كلياً أو جزئياً.
4. بطاقة هدايا "شكراً" الإلكترونية قابلة للاسترداد جزئياً. ومن ثم يمكن استخدام نفس البطاقة في رحلات تسوق متعدّدة عبر جميع متاجر العلامات التجارية المشاركة في لاندمارك في جميع أنحاء عُمان.
5. إذا تجاوزت قيمة الشراء قيمة بطاقة الهدايا، يجب دفع القيمة التفاضلية من قبل العميل الذي يسترد قيمة بطاقة الهدايا.
6. لا يُسمح باستبدال/ تعويض/ دفع ثمن بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية المفقودة.
7. لن يتم قبول بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية المشوهة أو التالفة.
8. لا يمكن إرجاع أو استرداد بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية الصادرة.
9. الأصناف التي تم شراؤها بواسطة بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية قابلة للاسترداد، وفقاً لسياسة الاسترداد والاستبدال الخاصة بالمتجر.
10. تخضع بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية "شكراً" لشروط وأحكام بطاقة هدايا "شكراً" السارية من وقت لآخر.
11. للاستعلام عن الرصيد وانتهاء الصلاحية وموقع المتجر والتفاصيل، يرجى زيارة www.shukran.com/giftcard أو الاتصال على +968-24649600 (الرقم المجاني).
12. يُسمح باسترداد ما يصل إلى 5 بطاقات هدايا فقط بحد أقصى.
