Redeem instructionsTerms and conditions
Redeem instructions: 1. The Gift Card can be used only at IKEA stores and IKEA online in UAE.
2. Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
3. The Gift Card cannot be obtained or redeemed for cash, returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. This also applies to expired Gift Cards.
4. If misplaced, IKEA and MYLIST cannot block or cancel the Gift Card and they will not be responsible for any transactions on lost/stolen Gift Cards.
5. To redeem the Gift Card, the customer must enter/provide the Card number and PIN at checkout.
6. Gift Cards can be used to purchase discounted products.
7. Should IKEA cease to operate for any reason or is not in partnership with MYLIST or any company affiliated with MYLIST, MYLIST reserves the right to exchange the Gift Card against a MYLIST gift card or any other gift card for an equivalent value. No cash or points refund is allowed.
8. Receipt and use of this Gift Card constitute acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully on www.ikea.ae
9. The Gift Card can only be loaded once and cannot be topped up.
10. The Gift Card can be loaded with a minimum balance of AED 50, and a maximum balance of AED 5,000.
11. As the Gift Card is transferable, neither IKEA nor MYLIST is responsible for checking the ownership of the Gift Card before acceptance at the checkout.
12. Refunds of merchandise purchased with the Gift Card will be in the form of another Gift Card or refund card only. All refunds are subject to IKEA’s official Refund Policy which may change from time to time.
13. IKEA reserves the right to change the terms and conditions governing the use of the Gift Card from time to time at its sole discretion.
14. IKEA's decisions on all matters relating to the connection with the use of the Gift Card shall be final and binding on the Customers.
15. The Gift Card can be used for complete or partial payment and as many times until the balance is zero.
16. In-store customers can pay part of the total purchase value by Gift Card and the other part by cash or credit/ debit card.
17. Online customers can pay part of the total purchase value by Gift Card and the other part by credit or debit card. Cash on delivery will not be available to purchases where part payment is done with a Gift Card.
18. Balance checks, validity enquiries and partial redemptions are not the responsibility of the MYLIST. For partial redemption, balance enquiry, expiry, store location & detailed terms and conditions please visit the www.ikea.ae or visit a checkout counter in store.

1. قم بتحميل تطبيق Blue Rewards، افتح تطبيق Blue Rewards وقم بتسجيل الدخول إلى حساب Blue Rewards الخاص بك.
2. اضغط على أيقونة Wallet في أسفل الشاشة.
3. بمجرد فتح الشاشة، انقر على ""الدفع المسبق الأزرق"".
4. انقر على ""إضافة بطاقة"".
5. أدخل ""رقم بطاقة الهدايا"" و""رمز PIN"" ثم انقر على ""إضافة إلى المحفظة"".
6. بمجرد أن تكون جاهزاً للاسترداد، يرجى زيارة أي من المتاجر المشاركة، وتسجيل الدخول إلى تطبيق Blue Rewards، والنقر على "REDEEM NOW" وقت الخروج وإظهار شاشة تطبيق Blue Rewards للمحاسب.
