Redemption Possibility You can redeem your voucher at baur.de in the order process step 5. Please note that the vouchers that you purchase are themselves subject to separate terms and conditions.

Number of Redeemable Vouchers You can redeem a maximum of 3 vouchers per order.

Validity The voucher is valid for 3 years until the end of the calendar year.

Remaining Credit If the value of the shopping cart at the time of redemption is less than the value of the voucher, the remaining amount will be retained and can be redeemed at another time for further purchases. A cash payment is unfortunately not possible.

Terms of Delivery You will receive the voucher by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided.

Redemption Description And this is how you redeem your personal BAUR voucher code:

Step 1: Add your desired item to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

Step 2: Enter your voucher in the field "Promocode/Voucher" in the order process step 5.

Step 3: The invoice amount will now be reduced by the voucher value - you can now submit your order.

Please note:

The voucher will be automatically deducted from your invoice if the voucher code was entered when you placed your order.

The voucher can only be used in combination with an order.

The voucher cannot be applied retroactively to an order already placed.

The voucher cannot be used for the purchase of BAUR gift vouchers.

In the event of loss or theft, no reimbursement can be made by BAUR (GmbH & Co KG).

The voucher is not redeemable for employees of BAUR (GmbH & Co KG) and otto group.
